Join in community to practice listening to the language of the body as informed through various instruments such as singing bowls, chimes, tuning forks, shruti, and the breath. As we give ourselves permission to receive, we also give curiosity room to breathe, bringing natural healing to both the mind and the body. This class will incorporate curious exploration as well as relaxation techniques that may come in the form of somatic meditations, restorative shapes, or creative movement. Learn to cultivate a beginner’s mind and a playful heart through the art of listening.
