Restorative yoga is renowned as a gentle somatic practice that supports deep ease and calm for the nervous system. Join intern yoga therapist Jo-Jo Jackson for an elevated restorative practice uniting the therapeutic benefits of postural yoga and the yoga of sound. For this 90-minute session, tap into the healing capacity of supported restorative movement, healing sound practices and your own sense of hearing to support deep inner listening of mindful, compassionate self-awareness. You’ll depart class feeling relaxed, refreshed and embodied in your whole self–body, mind and spirit.
Class meets twice monthly on the 1st and 3rd Sundays at 11am. No experience is required. Dress comfortably for gentle easy movement .
