A Soundbath truly like no other, we will be guided on a safe journey toward connecting with our inner child. The intention this evening is not to fix or even heal any parts of ourselves, rather on meeting a part of ourselves that is perfect and worthy of love, as-is.

Join certified Adult Chair Coach Ramona Reid and sound guide @sarah.huffman.sound , as we begin with an introduction to the energy of the inner child, and the gifts created in this part of each of us.

We will then weave a sweet guided meditation with a soothing supportive Soundbath, and will allow space for either journalling and quiet reflection and/or sharing afterwards.
