Mindful Meditation with Kasey Grey
Join us in practicing mindful meditation together. This hour will include gently using our senses, breath and sound to drop into the present moment. The subtle application of sound allows the challenge of meditation to be much softer, allowing us to carry new tools of peace into our days.
Meditation is a resource for practicing deep listening. Allowing all parts of ourselves — mind, emotions and consciousness to be nourished and more easily aware of being present in challenges and our daily life.
