For 75 minutes you’ll be lying down in the savasana position as you simply receive the healing vibrations of various instruments – including crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, and chimes. We’ll begin by getting grounded through a brief guided meditation to clear the mind and relax the body, and then the sound will start. This is your time to step out of the speediness of life and instead relax, find stillness, and listen to what’s going on beneath the surface, making space for connection. We will end as we began, gently and peacefully.
What to bring: yoga mat, blanket, and pillow (or whatever makes you most comfortable while laying down)
What to wear: comfy clothes like yoga pants, sweats or pajamas. (extra layers like a sweatshirt never hurt either)
