Ann’s Sound Bath is a deep listening practice that allows the mind to slow down and the realignment of mind/body/spirit to take place. You will be in the savasana position to breathe, relax, and listen to the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other various overtone-emitting instruments as you simply receive their vibration. So take a pause from the whirlwind of life, grab a blanket, relax, and allow the vibrational healing of some pretty amazing instruments take place and send you where you need to go. Feel free to bring your own pillows or blankets for added luxury- your comfort is key!
