A sound bath is a meditative experience that can reorganize patterns in your physical, emotional, and cognitive landscapes, provide a sense of well-being, and initiate deep relaxation. Beginning with a brief guided meditation, Ann will gently lead you into a relaxed state for 60 minutes of rest and deep listening, providing space for connection. Once grounded and comfortably laying down, you’ll soak up the vibrations of various instruments – including crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, chimes, and gong. This is your time to step out of the chaos and busy-ness of life and instead relax, find stillness, and give your whole self a break by simply receiving.
