You are invited to an intimate evening of somatic sound exploration as we dive into the healing waters of what it means to be in a grounded, stable, sound body. We will begin with gentle movement and land in different restorative postures that will be held for 3-5 minutes, allowing the body to decompress and find deep relaxation. Each posture will be accompanied with different sound healing instruments on the body, creating even more space for you to relax.
