Come take a meditative journey inward – an opportunity for you to relax, renew, and rejuvenate yourself from the inside out. Ann’s Sound Bath is a deep listening practice that allows the mind to slow down and realignment of mind/body/spirit to take place. You will be in the savasana position for 75 minutes where all you have to do is breathe, relax, and listen to the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other various instruments. So take a pause from the whirlwind of life, grab a blanket, relax, and let the vibrations of some pretty amazing instruments send you where you need to go. Feel free to bring your own pillows or blankets for added luxury- your comfort is key!
