We are all human, and each of us is already whole. But that’s easy to forget living in the hustle and bustle of today’s modern world. Unwind your mind. Relax your body. Tune in to the natural rhythm of your breath, and allow space for your authentic voice to be heard.

Introducing, “The Sound of Undoing: Softening Into Your Natural State,” a deep listening experience curated by Ann Sensing, offered as a way to get back in touch with your Self and reconnect with your inner voice.

This is a warm safe cocoon that brings us back into balance, releases us from busyness, emboldens our spirit, and nurtures our connection with other women.

For 90 minutes, experience what it is “to be” rather than what it is “to do.” Through the act of listening and breathing, we’ll soften the edges, release expectations, and simply receive. Ann will begin with a grounding somatic meditation followed by her sound bath, where you’ll be immersed in the vibrations of various overtone-emitting instruments, including crystal singing bowls, gong, and chimes.
