Gather in community for 2 hours of rest on the Winter Solstice, a time for self-reflection and relaxation as we prepare to enter the longest night of the year and celebrate the rebirth of the Sun. Amy Green will lead you in restorative yoga and gentle movement as you establish the breath as the anchor of your practice. Ann Sensing will guide you inward and take you on a journey of ease through the energetic body with the use of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes. Together, they will lead you into your own peaceful space where you may discover deep rest and healing.
