Spend your Saturday night in the care of Jen McCarter and Ann Sensing. The pair will create a meditative experience as your body is led through deep rest and relaxation that isn’t found in your average meditation leading to better sleep, calmed nervous system, and less stress. Ann Sensing will conduct a sound bath engulfing you in the vibrations of various instruments while Jen guides Yoga Nidra.
Bring mat, blanket, and pillow or bolster. Class will begin with gentle movement.
