Spend your Friday night in the care of Jen McCarter and Ann Sensing. The pair will create a meditative experience as Jen leads your body through deep rest and relaxation that isn’t found in your average mediation leading to better sleep, calmed nervous system, and less stress. Ann Sensing will conduct a sound bath engulfing you in the vibrations of various instruments.
Bring mat, blanket, and pillow or bolster. Class will begin with gentle movement.
