In the beginning there was sound. This sound was OM. OM as a Sound is the resonant quality in our body, known as Spanda. Spanda is also, Action and is how Sound moves through the universe and us.
In this special Sound Body – Sound Mind session, Tom Larkin will be the Action guide and create a yoga flow sequence to warm and enliven the body before diving into the rejuvenating qualities of a restorative practice. Ann Sensing will be the Sound and provide a bath of waves to cultivate and enhance the inner flow and build a deeper connection to the energies of the postures.
