Brain Balance (Binaural Beats) Crystal Bowl Set
When two frequencies are sounded 10-15 hertz apart through each ear, the brain interprets a third tone that falls below the range of human hearing, bringing about a deeply relaxing (slow and long sound wave) and euphoric brain state. These are what are called binaural beats. This set is a beautiful example of how to experience balance in the left and right hemispheres of the brain while attaining a calming and joyful presence in the body.
