*Halloween edition* – costumes encouraged 🙂 We will hold space for reflection, writing, and remembrance at the beginning of our time together for this one.
Surrender into restoration as you’re bathed in layers of therapeutic sound. This meditative, immersive experience, known as a sound bath, uses sound to weave together multiple acoustic instruments—including singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and tuning forks—to create a rich sonic landscape that guides your nervous system into profound relaxation and deep healing.
As you rest comfortably, the vibrations move through and around you, encouraging the body to recalibrate and the mind to settle into spaciousness. This integrative approach honors the body’s natural capacity to heal, supporting you to access states of deep rest where integration and renewal happen organically.
No experience necessary. Simply come prepared to lie down, receive, and let the sound do its work. All props are provided.
*please park in the driveway or in front of the house. you will walk all the way to the back of the driveway and through an open gate that will lead you into the space.*
