We begin by checking in briefly as a group — a word or two about where you’re arriving from. A card is pulled to help orient a collective intention, followed by a few quiet minutes to journal before we drop into sound.
The heart of our time together is a live, full-length virtual sound bath. Come with your blankets and pillows, find a place to lie down, and let the sound carry what you’re quietly growing.
